Stephanie
Y. Oden,
B.S.E.E., M.B.A, CRC
Executive Coach and Consultant
Stephanie Oden is the program director and
founder of LiveWire Consulting Group. She partners with individuals
and organizations to increase productivity and accelerate
performance by designing and implementing peak performance systems.
Stephanie works primarily with senior leadership and management
teams.
She has experience in engineering,
manufacturing, customer satisfaction and as a senior manager. She
combines her experience with a results-oriented approach to
consulting making her methods successful within the diversity of any
organization. Her process utilizes the Ready, Set, Engage™ path she
developed, which includes the four stages: define, implement, refine
and reflect.
Stephanie has a passion for leadership
enrichment and equipping leaders to become highly effective and
right-balanced. “Great leaders are life-long learners. As we sharpen
our professional and personal skills, we can maximize our individual
strengths and bring out the greatness in others to achieve common
goals."
Stephanie has a B.S. in Electrical
Engineering from Auburn University , an M.B.A. from Indiana
University and over 15 years of process design and implementation
experience including six-sigma certification. She has over 20 years
experience focusing on team excellence. She is a believer in the
power of leveraged human capital and knows how critical knowledge
transfer is in business. “Effective processes are essential to
predictable results, whether the results are quality manufacturing
processes, loyal employees or excited customers.”
Stephanie is a certified coach and a
member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is
authorized to administer assessment tools specific to client needs.
This includes but is not limited to 360 evaluations and The Platinum
Rule Behavioral Style. She is an adjunct professor of Business and
Human Resources at Indiana Wesleyan University and has developed and
facilitated leadership excellence programs.
